You need to be aware of the labor laws in your state if you are an employee. Many employers are taking advantage of their employees’ ignorance and getting away with a lot of stuff. There are numerous employees out there that have had accidents in the office but without any recourse, they have been forced to stay at home disabled without any form of compensation.
