There has been a lot of lawsuit filed for sexual harassment by housekeepers since the year of 1990’s. We should stand against this violence and protect our own employees. To serve a quality building maintenance (Minneapolis), supervisors must secure first the safety of his staffs. This is a very significant way to achieve a harmonious relationship with the internal public that will generally result to a strong relationship with its external public. Minneapolis building maintenance will surely pass the building inspection if the janitors feel safe and protected.
