The minimum wage is in the US

Do you know what the minimum wage is in the US? The federal government has stipulated that the minimum wage is $7.25  per hour for  the nonexempt employees. The states may have their own minimum wage laws, but these minimum wages should be no less than the federal minimum wage. So every employee has the right to be paid at least the minimum wage. The minimum wage might be changed according to economical conditions and there is a department to enforce the minimum wages in all states, that is the Wage and Hour Divison of Department of Labor.
